1. Contact clients to prepare the materials required for import and export declaration for preliminary review.
2. Pre-record import and export declaration forms.
3. Follow up with clients regarding document issues and communicate with on-site customs declarers and inspectors (priority given to those who can handle documents, are familiar with special trade methods, can handle special item declarations, and are familiar with maritime transportation).
4. Declare through a single window, notify clients of tax payment, release, delivery, and other official matters.
5. In case of customs inspection, be able to coordinate the demands of clients and inspectors.
6. Register in the internal system, coordinate with finance to track bills
1. Have at least 1 year of customs declaration experience in a customs brokerage company/customs broker;
2. Be proficient in handling import and export customs declarations for sea/air freight, ensuring seamless operation from start to finish;
3. Have strong teamwork skills and a high degree of cooperation;
4. Familiar with the business processes of freight, customs declaration, and other related aspects;
5. Candidates with a major in international trade or logistics customs declaration are preferred

1. Receive air freight orders and coordinate with the booking window for booking and slot arrangement;
2. Arrange for air cargo to be stored in the warehouse, and coordinate with the transportation team and warehouse regarding the arrival status;
3. Arrange customs declaration for air freight to ensure smooth release of the goods;
4. Check the order with the customer, complete the order preparation and delivery;
5. Prepare invoices, verify costs, and complete related matters such as statement settlement;
6. Maintain customer relationships, handle customer anomalies and other issues;
7. Good communication skills and customer service awareness;
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. English proficiency of CET-4 or above
3. Fresh graduates
4. It is preferable to reside in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone
5. Major in international trade and logistics
