Operational process for e-commerce cargo export at Zhengzhou Airport Express Cargo Terminal
The express cargo terminal primarily handles e-commerce goods under customs codes 9610/9710/9810. It adopts a declaration process based on customers' pre-reported data one day before arrival, and the goods are released upon arrival and storage.
Note: The difference between the estimated gross weight provided by the e-commerce platform and the actual gross weight upon shipment cannot exceed 3%. If this difference exceeds 3%, normal weight measurement and clearance cannot be processed;
If the e-commerce goods contain live goods/sensitive goods, etc., the record-filing platforms such as Pinduoduo/Tiktok/Xiyin need to send a forecast to the depot. Only after the depot receives the forecast can the goods be stored.
If the e-commerce goods are suspected of being magnetic, seek approval from an appraisal agency recognized by the airline for magnetic inspection in advance.
